Sorry to hear that mate. Boggles my mind the backwards laws some countries enforce... If you dont find any legal recourse to help you then I hope you survive this idiotic punishment with strength and humility. Your punishers will be judging your reaction, dont give them anything to enjoy or be satisfied with. Show their archaic logic for what it is... Afterwards you have two options. Turn your back or continue your help... Hope this gauntlet bares you small wounds. Experiences like this are character building and future problems or fears in life will pale in comparison... Chin up! You can do this..

Drive to embassy immediately. Explain to them the situation and tell them you wish to leave the country immediately. They MIGHT issue you travel documents. Go straight to airport. Pay ass-rape price for ticket to any secular nation. I don't think you have to worry about Sudan issuing a extradition request.
