honestly, if the taste was exactly like real meat and it didn't cost a fortune, i'd definitely switch over. as someone who does the grocery shopping for the house, i see the price tags every day and it's getting pretty hard to justify buying quality meat for dinner. if those lab-grown options were actually cheaper, it would make my life a whole lot easier when i'm trying to plan out the weekly meals without breaking the bank.
i've tried some of those plant-based burgers before, but honestly, they don't quite hit the spot yet. they're either too dry or the texture is just weird. if they managed to get the flavor and the juiciness right, i don't think i'd miss the traditional stuff at all. it's really all about the taste for me—if my family doesn't complain about their dinner, then i'm happy to go for the more affordable and sustainable option.

It’s mostly about convenience and price for me, and if I could save a bit of money on my grocery bill while still having a tasty meal, that sounds like a win-win.
I know some people get a bit weirded out by the idea of "lab-grown" stuff, but I feel like we already eat so much processed food anyway that it doesn't really bother me that much. As long as the texture is decent and it doesn't taste like cardboard, I'm down to try it.
