What do you do if you're feeling depressed, empty, living lifeless, voices echoing in mind, hard to breathe, etc. ?

I smoke weed which helps with calming yourself and finding things interesting Make goals Start working out/go outside (the sun really does make you feel a little bit better) Learn/try new things Do something so crazy and bold if you're feeling like that because my thinking is what do I have to lose The breathing thing may come from anxiety (on anxious days I feel like I can't take a full deep breath) trying meditation or some kind of practice to clear your mind of negative thoughts (sometimes I don't even know I'm anxious until I can't take a deep breath) Talk to someone about you been feeling and what's going on

I just listen to music and contemplate suicide. 99% of the time I don't carry out the act but one time I was extremely close to ending it. Head was in the noose and all I had to do was kick the stool

Go volunteer, it will make you feel useful and although we are all different and sense the pain in difference ways, there are people also hard situations and sometimes with any chance to improve. It help me a lot, try it.

Make your bed. Super easy and it gives you some small achievement. And when your day sucks and you feel like shit, you get to have a nice bed. Also, it makes you get out of bed in order to do it. Organize something. Could be a drawer, a box of trinkets. Anything to show yourself you have something in order in your life. Clean something. Maybe dust, or clean the counter. Just something small enough that you can look at and see you made a difference. It will help take the load off
