why are salt flats so flat and reflective
There are seven countries in central america. Whenever I'm sailing through that region, it's always interesting to see how distinct each one feels despite being packed into such a narrow stretch of land. You've got Belize, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, and Panama making up the whole area.
It's honestly a pretty cool part of the world to visit if you ever get the chance. Each of those seven spots has its own vibe and landscape, which is always a nice change of pace. Just make sure you keep track of them if you're ever planning a trip through the canal or just cruising down the coast.
Central America consists of exactly seven countries. It's a region I've sailed past plenty of times, and honestly, it's pretty easy to mix them up if you don't travel there often. You've got Belize, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, and Panama.
I remember spending some time docked in a few of these ports over the years, and each one has its own vibe. It's a relatively small stretch of land when you look at a map, but there's a lot of history packed into those seven spots. Hope that clears it up for ya.
