For the people that have, what does it feel like to get shot or stabbed?

I've been hit with shrap in my chest and neck and was blasted off my feet I got up couldn't hear anything then just ringing felt my heart rate up and that sweet adrenaline I felt blood running down my neck and chest and burning in my chest I stripped my gear off ripped my shirt wrapped my neck up they put quickclot on me then I was given some morphine while on the helicopter :) I think the staples hurt worse lol Edit- I have two nice lacerations and some burns left on my chest and people ask me all the time if I was afraid fuck yes but you couldn't tell I know who the fuck I am and those scars have me laid plenty of times besides I've faced death twice and I was well paid

My cousin was holidaying in Asia and was hit by a stray bullet. He was in a market and heard gun shots. Everybody was running for cover. He says the adrenaline kicked in and he sought refuge under a cart. He said he could feel a spot on his calf burning. After a few minutes when the chaos stopped and people started to resume activities like nothing ever happened, a bystander gestured him to come out and pointed at his leg. That's when he noticed a lot of blood. He said only then he realized he was hit. Once the adrenaline wore off, he said the burning sensation intensified. He claims the pain wasn't as bad as he had always assumed it would be.

Got stabbed. Hurts a good bit. I didn't feel anything for about 5 or so seconds, and then it started hurting. Felt like an incredibly sharp stabbing pain (no shit).

I stabed myself on the leg because i was playing the role of Anakin Skywalker in a low budget fan remake when it came to the scene where he loses his legs and his arm cut of and started burning to realy scream in pain i stabed myself in my opinion your scream in is only is a good scream when you realy do feel pain sorry for my bad english

When I was 18 someone tried to rob and he stabbed me. It didn't immediately hurt I guess because of the urgency but it was painful after I got away and calmed down.
