What's your favorite video game growing up/now?

Growing up it was -- PoP: Sands of Time Now: Shadow of the Colossus I'm still hesitant about not declaring PoP as my favorite but SoC was the last game that left me feeling completely unsettled it was like a bad trip that completely changed my perspective on things. I can even distinctly remember my first time playing it back in the day we used to get game demos on discs in gaming mags and SoC was on there, had no idea what the demo was about but it had a profound effect on me, just an amazing IP all around. After playing the full game, it left me wondering about the Colossi i was my slaying in my own life ...

It's a weird question because I had some distinct phases. There's the Pre-Final Fantasy VII era from 95-97 my life revolved around Kirby Super Star, Yoshi's Island, and Super Mario RPG. After it was a hardcore pack of the Final Fantasy series, Legend of Legaia,Twisted Metal Tomba Medievil, Crash Bandicoot, and Cardinal Syn. Later teen years revolved around fighting games, Silent Hill, Fatal Frame, KH, and Katamari.

Fallout 3. I did the good play through and hated it. Then did the evil playthrough and having your dad spazzing on you for all the shit you did
