4 PC Towers and 2 laptops. All 4 towers run off 2 KVM's. Towers: 1) stripped down for gaming only PC 2) Programming / Design / Work only PC 3) Web Server / media storage 4) Used for PC repairs and Data recoveries / downloads 2 Laptops: 1) Adult one 2) Kids one (heavily restricted, filtered and locked down)

Work: 2 pc laptops, 1 linux tower, 1 pc tower, g4 tower, iMac, new Mac mini server, and an old (ppc) mac mini. Home: 3 pc towers, 1 mac laptop, and 6 pc laptops. 1 of the pc towers and a pc laptop are the only ones I bought, all the others are from various jobs / client upgrades, but they all work and are all currently serving useful functions.

Too many. 1 Samsung laptop that stays on my desk extended to a 25 inch flat panel, 1 dell shitty laptop that my old job gave me and it serves as my portable laptop, an old Dell XPS tower that stays connected to the tv, My girlfriend's Dell XPS laptop (which kicks ass... her parents bought it), and I'd count my work computer too which is another Dell tower.

Desktop - x4 635 processor 2.91 ghz, ATI Radeon 5770, 4GBs of RAM, W7 64 bit. Laptop - Falling to bits, I think it's got a GB of Ram and a 24 Ghz dual core pentium. I'm getting another laptop, that actually will have a battery life and won't take a million years to do anything for Christmas though.
