Why are male singers that have high pitched voices, more successful that those with lower pitched voices e.g. Michael Jackson, Justin Timberlake, Gibb brothers, Jamiroquai?

Don't onow the last ones but the other singers you mentioned are all pop singers. There are a ton of other singers woth lower pitched voices that are highly successful. Most of them are country singers or rockers.
