Whats your opinion on the salary negotiations ban by Ellen Pao?

She was terrible in Venture Capital, now she is terrible at being a CEO. The competition for employees with technology degrees is only going to increase as the demand outpaces graduation rates. She plans to only hire immigrant/foreign students who are more interested in the work visa than salary. A people second attitude will ensure a septic work place and create a corporate culture of incompetent cheap skates leading the bottom of the barrel employees.
