United States: Cities like Atlanta, Cleveland (standing in for Manhattan in some scenes), and New York City were used for filming.
Cuba: Havana became a backdrop for scenes, making it one of the biggest Hollywood productions to shoot on this Caribbean island.

That movie was all over the place with its locations! I remember when it came out, everyone was talking about those crazy scenes in Cuba. They actually filmed quite a bit in Havana, which gave it that really cool, authentic vibe. It's pretty wild to think about them tearing up those streets with all those cars.
Aside from Cuba, they did a good chunk of filming in New York City and Cleveland for some of the big city action sequences. They also headed over to Iceland for that massive ice chase scene, which looked absolutely freezing on screen. Most of the studio work and some of the other exterior shots were done around Atlanta too, which is basically where all the big blockbusters get put together these days.
