Oh, you mean the German series Dark, right? That show is honestly a masterpiece, I remember binge-watching it a while back and being totally obsessed with the vibe. Pretty much the entire thing was filmed in and around Berlin. Most of those forest scenes and the iconic nuclear power plant exterior were shot in different spots within the Brandenburg region.
If you're ever near Berlin, you can actually visit some of the spots. They used places like the Waldsiedlung Wuhlheide for the houses and some of the school scenes. It's wild how they made those locations look so gloomy and mysterious on screen. It definitely gave me the creeps when I first watched it, but in the best way possible.

Oh, that show is such a trippy watch! If you're talking about the German series Dark, almost the entire thing was filmed in and around Berlin. The production team really leaned into those moody, atmospheric vibes by using a lot of locations in Brandenburg as well.
Most of the iconic forest scenes and the Winden cave entrances were shot in local spots near Berlin, like the forest in Grunewald. It's funny because when I'm out for a walk or just grabbing a coffee, I sometimes think about how those eerie streets look so normal in real life compared to the show's dark color palette. It really makes you appreciate how much good cinematography can change the look of a place.
