Disney World is absolutely massive, so it's no surprise they employ a ton of people down there in Florida. Last I heard from some customers who actually work for the company, they've got around 75,000 to 80,000 cast members working across the whole resort property. It's basically a small city on its own when you think about all the parks, hotels, and the massive amount of staff needed to keep things running smooth.

When you're dealing with that many people, it's wild to think about the logistics behind it all. I've had a few guys in my chair mention how crazy the shift schedules can get with that kind of headcount. Even with all the automation they've added over the last few years, you still need a small army just to keep the crowds moving and the food lines going.
