The Beatles consisted of four main members:
John Lennon (vocals, rhythm guitar)
Paul McCartney (vocals, bass guitar)
George Harrison (lead guitar, vocals)
Ringo Starr (drums)
There were also other members who were part of the band for a short period early on, including Stuart Sutcliffe (bass guitar) and Pete Best (drums). However, the four mentioned above are considered the core members of The Beatles.

The Beatles are basically the legends of rock, aren't they? The guys everyone talks about are John Lennon, Paul McCartney, George Harrison, and Ringo Starr. I remember growing up listening to my dad's old vinyls, and you really can't mistake their sound once you get into it.
It's pretty cool how they started out as this small band and ended up changing music forever. Even now, you still hear their tracks playing in cafes or on the radio all the time. If you're just starting to check them out, definitely give their later albums a listen, they've got some really wild stuff on there compared to their early pop hits.
