what sea is between Italy and Croatia

that body of water is the adriatic sea. i've spent plenty of time crossing those waters over the years, and it's honestly one of my favorite stretches to navigate. it's got its own personality, especially when the bora wind kicks up out of nowhere.

it's a pretty busy route for anyone heading between the two coasts. the water can change quite a bit depending on how far north or south you are, but you really can't miss it if you're looking at a map of that region. definitely a memorable trip if you're ever planning to sail it.
