what is the capital of jamaica

The capital of Jamaica is Kingston. I've had the chance to dock there a few times over the years and it's definitely a busy, vibrant place compared to the more relaxed resort areas you usually see on postcards.

It's got a pretty intense energy to it. The traffic can be a real headache sometimes, but the local food scene and the music history around the city make it worth a look if you ever find yourself wandering around that part of the Caribbean.
