The capital of Bahrain is Manama. I've passed through that region quite a few times over the years and it's actually a pretty interesting place to visit if you ever get the chance.
It's the main hub of the country, so you'll find pretty much everything you need there. Definitely worth checking out the local spots if you're ever in the neighborhood, the vibe is pretty unique compared to other cities in the gulf.

it’s definitely the main hub of the country, super busy and full of life compared to the rest of the island. really hard to miss if you're navigating around those parts of the gulf.
