Angel Falls is tucked away in the Canaima National Park, deep inside Venezuela. Honestly, it's one of those spots that looks even more insane in person than it does in pictures. I've spent a lot of time traveling around, but the sheer scale of the Auyán-tepui mountain where it drops from is something that really sticks with you.
Getting there isn't exactly a walk in the park since you usually need to take a small plane and then a boat ride through the jungle to actually see it up close. It's pretty remote, but if you're into nature and seeing some of the wildest landscapes on the planet, it’s worth the hassle. Just make sure you pick the right time of year, otherwise, the falls can be a bit thin depending on how much rain they've had.
