Man, there are actually a ton of rivers that feed into the Mediterranean. Since I spend a lot of time out on the water, I see these outlets all the time while navigating. The Nile is probably the most famous one that comes to mind, but you've also got the Rhone flowing down through France and the Ebro in Spain. It's pretty wild how much water ends up in that basin from all over the continent.
If you're looking around the eastern side, you can't miss the Ceyhan and Seyhan rivers here in Turkey. They dump a massive amount of water into the sea near the coast. Honestly, it's pretty cool to see the color of the water change near those deltas when you're passing by on a ship. There are smaller ones too, but those are the big ones that always stick out on the charts.

there are actually quite a few, but the nile is the first one that pops into my head since it's massive. i’ve sailed past the delta a bunch of times, it’s always a busy stretch of water. the rhone in france also dumps right into the mediterranean, and honestly, the currents around there can get pretty tricky when the mistral wind kicks in.
don't forget about the po river in italy either. it carries a lot of sediment down into the sea, which makes navigating the coastal approach near the adriatic side interesting sometimes. there's also the seyhan and ceyhan rivers down in the southern part of turkey that empty into the med. it’s pretty cool how all these different rivers end up feeding into the same big basin.
