who took part in Brexit referendum(either for or against) how do you feel about it now that its been a year since the Brexit vote?

Voted remain, 100% behind that still. I don't buy this bullshit that leaving gives us independence. We already have that and have done for a long time. I think the mentality of separation is something humanity should have moved past by now and the concept of different cultures finding a means to coexist is preferable. Nobody has ever been able to tell us what effect Brexit will have. We know very little about what are governments aims are in negotiation and diving headfirst into the unknown is a foolish step. I think it makes us as a nation look like we're rejecting the concept of unity in favor of maintaining separation. It's a massive economical and trade risk which will ultimately remove more benefits than it provides. As we get closer to leaving I imagine anxiety will increase and try worst part is that nothing can be done other than to suck it up, accept its done and hope beyond hope for the best

I voted leave and still stand by it. Unfortunately the recent election and other events have affected things. I reckon most people voted for a hard Brexit but the likelihood of that happening now is low. I just want Brexit over and done with so the UK can start becoming independent again. Still some remainers are moaning about it and trying to stall it and ask for another referendum, which is ridiculous imo. I'm happy the people of the U.K. Voted against the globalist scheme. U.K. Will always be part of Europe , but I don't want it to be part of an organisation that controls us with unelected officials. Do you remember when macron won the French election and he walked out with the European Union anthem playing? That's the kind of shit people voted against. No identity, no pride.

What annoys me most is politicians (especially the one's who voted remain) are saying "Oh well, that's what was voted for" and accepting it rather than fighting it. "

I voted Remain, I remember before I went to bed gearing up to accept the outcome no matter what, and I pretty much have accepted it. The only thing that annoyed me was Farage saying that if Remain won by a narrow margin, he'd want a second referendum because it'd be too close. Leave won by that narrow margin and he went quiet on the issue, of course. I don't want a second referendum now though, because it happened. I do however support the idea of giving the public a decision on how we Brexit seeing as we were allowed to weigh in on whether we should Brexit. Of course now things seem even more up in the air after the election. I just get a bit fed up of hearing about it all.

I voted remain. We won't know the outcome for the next 10 years but so far I truly feel our country looks weaker after this whole mess. What's made it worse is the recent vote that Theresa may decided to hold. She did it thinking she would have a land slide victory when in reality she lost support and made the country look a mess. At the end of the day I accept the result of the referendum, but I can't accept the weakness that has been shown because of it. It doesn't help us in negotiations and I'm a little worried about what's going to happen now. More so than before the most recent vote.

I voted to remain. I really wished we remained. I don't think that everyone who voted leave is a moron or a racist, many people have rational reasons for why they voted leave that include their business or their family's futures, however I definitely think it's more beneficial to remain. Having said that, immigration was undeniable a massive part of the leave vote - hate crimes rose after the leave campaign won - and a large part of the leave campaign revolved around immigration and refugees. Many voters were duped by the offer of sending PS350m to the NHS, which is hilarious to me, as it was a hypothetical statement. Had the remain campaign not been so arrogant it should have been an easy win. Now that we have this incompetent minority leading Prime Minister who's already started the negotiations to a terrible start I really regret the UK making this decision.

Voted remain. Still want to remain. It's pretty clear there was no real plan in place for what to do after we voted leave. Think we are heading for some fudged final solution where we keep access to the single market but still have to accept EU rules anyway, thus making brexit a bit pointless.
