Gals and gays, what is something that makes a guy infinitely more attractive to you?

General Non-physical: Being able to hold a conversation on a variety of topics. Humour. Having morals (nothing like telling a girl that you're married/have a SO but then hitting on someone else, or making blatant sexual comments on someone else). Being perceptive/complimentary in a non-sexual way. Not being racist/sexist/homophobic. Being trustworthy. Sense of cleanliness and perhaps style. Friendliness for the sake of it, not for the intent to sexualize. Interest in new things. Having an interest in something. Showing in some way or another that they care for themselves and others. Having a decent family life, or barring that an understanding or interest in understanding why their family life is not good. Home/room/apartment that looks like it is well cared for. Physical: Self care. Good teeth. Genuine smile. Clean clothing. Clean hands. Eats like a civilized human.
