I would have to tell her that I'm an asshole who breached their privacy for no reason because we are poly and it's perfectly fine for her to do that. BUT I would also be very angry that she didn't share the nudes (if they are quality). Not cool.

Depends on how long you've been dating. If it's been a year then yeah, ask her and admit to breaching her privacy. If it's only been about a month then that has nothing to do with you.
