Here the regime that made my sugary teeth strong and my bloody gums tight and pink: 1) rinse with Closys (buy from any dentist office) 2) floss 3) use electric toothbrush and flouride toothpaste 4) rinse with Blue listerine 5) additional rinse with ACT flouride rinse or alternate. Do not use water to rinse between steps. Do not eat or drink for 1 hour afterwards. Minimum once at bedtime, preferably twice daily. Also consume many Xylitol mints during the day. This is critical. I get mine from iherb.com. This is taken from the book Kiss Your Dentist Goodbye and from this website. No need to buy the book, I just gave you whole system.

You can get a degree in dental school before perfecting your teeth regrowth technique. In the mean time if you don't like the dentist, it would be much easier to fill the cavity with something than trying to regrow it. EDIT: You can actually buy dental composite online.

Dentists aren't evil people. If any of this shit worked, they'd be making us do it already. In fact, they'd probably relish being able to sell you more shit to use. (Now I said they weren't evil there's no rule against some good business now and again.) Go to your motherfucking dentist. Hell, you don't have money or insurance?? Go let some dentist students mess with your mouth. They ain't the best but it's better than your teeth rotting out of your skull.

A lot of negative comments here, but this doesn't look like spam to me. No specific product or treatment is mentioned more favorably than other ones. I think this dude's a tooth enamel geek. Which is kinda cool that's an unusual thing to be a geek of. Unfortunately, guy, I like Xylitol and have had some success with natural remineralization but you know way more about it than I do.

What will eventually happen is that your teeth will rot so much they will cause a abscess in your gums. As the infection grows it will gradually travel to your brain and you will die. Good luck.
