What happened to the fires of Australia?

Rain took out most of the fires but there was too much rain. Heavy rain caused floods and there was very little to obstruct the water as trees were all burnt down, which caused further damage to the land and soil.

Apparently in NSW they've all been extinguished mainly from heavy rain, which then caused a lot of flooding.
They burned out.
The fire's shift ended it clocked out and the next shift of stuff that kills anything and everything to started it's shift.
They got bored and left when they stopped getting attention.
