Which workplace jargon annoys you the most?

"Synergy, Blue-sky, Parking-lot (or "let's park that"), etc. Weird euphemisms that kind of make sense but really can be said more directly and correctly another way. Also any jargon that gets at the point of "engagement with the employees" and improving morale that don't actually help the employees. You improve morale by adding benefit to the employee, such as raises, increased benefits, or more time off. That's what we care about, that's what works. I don't care about an extra casual day or casual month, dresscode wise. I'll wear my button down, just let me leave work early, or pay me a bonus. "
