What moment in your childhood/teenage-hood do you look back on and cringe?

I tried to leave school at lunch time because I thought it was home time. I was absolutely adamant it was home time. I kept asking everyone why they were still playing in the play ground instead of heading to the after school club most of us attended... I eventually gave up trying to understand and got anxious that my brother's would be worried about me not being at the after school club yet. And left everyone in my wake. The teachers obviously managed to stop me and I was adamant that it was the end of the day. Took the whole lunch hour to fix that. It still haunts my ongoing anxiety.
