I like that we can build things together, are both precise and organized, have really similar interests that are more "how?" and "why?" than "who?" or "where?", don't have to worry about money (an engineer's dream is to not have a project budget), discuss our day in T-60 because we don't have to explain our jargon, go see NASA facilities on our vacations, and sometimes have entire conversations in CAD models.
