It may sound harsh but I don't know if I would say anything... sometimes I think I had to go through the worst aspect of my life.. it made me realize a lot of things it's not something I enjoyed or something I want to remember but I wouldn't be who I am today if I didn't go through it. All I can tell them is to not lose hope and hang in there. the same that I did...
