Man, that sounds like a classic case of karma. I've seen stuff like that happen at the local mall a few times, and it’s always wild how people think they can just walk away from a mess they or their kids made. It’s like they have this weird sense of entitlement where they think cleaning up is beneath them, and then boom, reality hits them right on the floor.
One time I was at this grocery store and saw this guy literally cut an entire line of people, acting super arrogant like his time was way more important than ours. He was pacing around, checking his watch, and giving the cashier attitude. Right as he turned to strut away after paying, he tripped over his own untied shoelaces and face-planted right into a display of canned goods. The sound was honestly echoing through the whole aisle. Watching him scramble to pick up all those cans while everyone just stared was honestly one of the most satisfying things I've witnessed in a long time.
It’s funny how the universe works sometimes. People think they’re being slick, but more often than not, they end up looking like complete fools. Seeing stuff like that always reminds me to just keep my head down and be decent to others, because you never know when you’re gonna have your own little wipeout moment.

Man, watching that kind of karma unfold is honestly the best. Reminds me of this one time at a local hardware store I was working at a few months back. Some guy was being a total jerk to the cashier, barking about how the store was a mess and acting all high and mighty. He turned around to storm out, didn't look where he was walking, and tripped right over his own fancy briefcase. He went down hard, suit and all, right in front of everyone.
The best part was that he tried to hop up immediately like he meant to do it or something. He was dusting himself off with this super embarrassed look on his face, but everyone in the store saw him lose his footing. It was total sweet justice for the way he was treating the staff. Sometimes you just gotta sit back and watch people get exactly what they deserve when they act like they're better than everyone else.
