I actually like the UKs policy on this, China has a strict no first use policy but the UKs is just super vague. Because really a nuke being thrown is probably going to mean the end of the world as we know it. So it's not possible to comprehend what will make them do it. Doesn't mean it doesn't exist, or that it won't happen but it's something too important to be bound by a set of rules
