This question needs more context. Do i, as the captain, know that the titanic is going to hit the ice berg? Do i, as the captain armed with that knowledge, have the power to change that outcome All of this would effect what i would say to the crowd (Who i would be a little surprised could hear me, given the position of titanic's bridge, the noise of titanic herself, the noise of all other vessels in the area and the general noise of the crowd)
