I would find people I don't like and tie them up in there. Then leave. It would be my murder house. I wouldn't even have to tie them all up, hire a guy to move in a bed and furniture, then offer it as a free Airbnb to randos. They'd go in at night, get hours of sleep, wake up and it's still that night. Their phones would sink up as they walked outside, they'd get confused and go back in. If I really had to I'd lock them in from the outside. They'd order delivery, and as long as they stayed in the house it would never come. Mwahahaha!!!

Learn as much shit as I can I guess, so then I can leave that room with years worth of knowledge and use that to get a living wage.

If no one else is able to find the room. Hook the room up with a computer, learn to hack every bank account in the world and decrease the amount of random individuals/businesses and inversely increase the amounts in others all at once and see what chaos comes about from some people getting rich, going broke or seeing how some agencies or businesses rise or fall.
