"Some are a little older than the last five years but, The Handsome Family At The Drive In, Mars Volta, Sparta (3 different bands with mostly the same members) Brand New Digital Summer (They are a little heavier than what you seem to like, but I think you'd like them anyway.) Egypt Central Ghost BC and SubVision (Same singer, look up Subvision first.) Blue October Amiensus (I'm not sure how you feel about metal, but give them a try. Listen to the song "Healer" ) and last but not least, Bullets and Octane. "
