House sitting for a friend, his wife's plant is dying and I know nothing about gardening. Anyone know how I can revive this thing?

Water it a little so that the soil is damp but not wet. Put them in a spot where they get indirect sunlight. Direct sunlight may be burning them, especially as it nears summer. Pluck or cut off any dead leaves and stems that you see and throw them away. It doesn't hurt to use a little bit of fertilizer to help encourage regrowth - and when I say a little, I really mean that, because too much will kill the plant.

mint is indestructible. water it like you normally would. are they outside or inside?
do CPR
"Pick off the very brown leaves so it can concentrate on reviving its healthier bits. They do need watering every day, but make sure you don't "over water to make up for the non-watering the previous few days." "
Try a bit of sugar water.
It needs to be watered every day. Keep watering and hope it comes back :(
It's mint, the stuff is literally straight up impossible to kill. I hacked at a bunch I had in the back garden, stuffed a tiny bit of it in a pot and 2 months later have a full plant. The brown leaves are probably gone by but you defiantly didn't kill it.
Fresh urine, works a treat for reviving even the most wilted of houseplants. I can confirm this from experiance OP.
Did you by chance over water them?
