Which leader inspires you in your real life rather then your parents?

"I appreciate my parents and I want what's best for all of us. They help rather than hurt my motivation to lead a good life, but I don't think of that as the same as "inspiring" anyone. When it comes to being inspiring practically everyone inspires me more than them. You can want what's best for someone, and still constantly roll your eyes at their guidance. a professor in his 50's wrote a successful self help book that young people gravitated towards, and one of the key soundbites that people associated with the message was "clean your room" people didn't respond to that, because it was the first time someone had told them that. All of their parents had been telling them that their whole lives. They needed a stranger to give them the exact same lecture, because quite simply nobody wants to hear it from mom and dad. There are exceptions but most people aren't inspired by their parents in that way "
