What corporate jargon annoys you?

Man, don't even get me started on "synergy." Every time someone says we need to create synergy, I just want to walk away. It’s like people use these fancy words just to sound important while saying absolutely nothing. In my daily grind, if we have a job to do, we just do it. We don't need a meeting to talk about "aligning our core competencies" or whatever. It’s all just empty air.

Another one that really grinds my gears is "circle back." Like, why can't you just say you'll talk to me later or send me a message tomorrow? Using that phrase makes every simple conversation feel like some high-stakes board meeting. I’ve dealt with all kinds of people over the years, and the ones who use that jargon the most are usually the ones who actually know the least about how things get done.

Honestly, keep it simple. If you need something, just ask. If there's a problem, just tell me straight. All this "touching base" and "low-hanging fruit" nonsense just wastes everyone's time. I prefer people who talk like normal human beings instead of walking corporate brochures. It makes life a whole lot easier for everyone involved.
