What is your number one comfort food that you'll drive 15+ miles to get?

There is this tiny, slightly hidden dim sum place way out in the suburbs that I absolutely adore. I honestly don't mind the drive at all, even after a long shift when my feet are killing me. It’s about 18 miles from my apartment, but those shrimp dumplings and the sticky rice are just on another level compared to anything closer to the city center.

Whenever I have a rough week, I just hop in the car and head over there on a Sunday afternoon. It’s become such a ritual for me. Something about the way they spice the dipping sauce makes the whole trip worth it every single time. Honestly, I think I could eat my weight in their pork buns if nobody was watching.
