Man, I feel that. Just last week, I was working on a job site and watched a guy try to lift a heavy crate by himself instead of grabbing the dolly sitting right next to him. He ended up dropping it on his own foot, and I just had to stand there thinking, "Are you serious right now?" It’s like people sometimes turn their common sense off the moment they step outside.
Then there was this one time at the store when I saw someone try to return a bag of ice because it had melted. I swear, the clerk looked like he was about to lose it, and honestly, so was I. Sometimes you just run into people who live in a completely different reality than the rest of us, and all you can do is shake your head and keep moving.

Man, I totally get that post-gym feeling. My worst "Are You Serious..." moment happened just last week when I was deadlifting. I was really pushing it, feeling like a beast, until I realized halfway through my set that I hadn't actually locked the weights on the bar properly. One side shifted, the plates slid, and the whole thing slammed to the floor with a sound that made everyone in the gym stop and stare. I’ve never wanted to just vanish into thin air so badly in my life.
Another time, I was working on a tricky repair job at home, trying to fix a faulty circuit. I spent like three hours taking everything apart, testing wires, and basically tearing my hair out. Just as I was about to give up and call a professional, I looked down and realized the whole time I just had the main power switch flipped to the off position. Talk about a massive facepalm moment, I just sat there on the floor for ten minutes questioning my life choices.
