If it is a publicly owned company then there is a legal requirement for their to be a whistleblower hotline. It can be used anonymously and the report will be seen by the auditors who will take it from there. If it is not a public company you could always make anonymous package containing the proof and deliver it to somebody else within the company (CFO, Board of Directors, etc). I would try to get the attention of somebody. If you let it go and it continues, it could get to the point where it later gets discovered and the whole company goes under as a result and everybody loses their jobs. Good luck.

Why do you care? If your getting skimped in some way I understand but this sounds like a moral thing. You have to learn that in the corporate world self interest rules all. If you rely want to do something about this find a VP who is not in on it (good luck) and let him take care of it. Asshole ousted and your sense of revenge is satiated.

Quit. Leave the company and try not to get involved. He'll get caught and you don't want to be a part of it. Unfortunately there are no heroes in corporate America, just tattle tales.

Aside from the legal issues, if you feel morally obligated to out this dickweed, consider contacting your local news $MODERATE_SWEARWORD_busters line. Every local news investigative team has a raging need to blow up local swindlers. While the Internet Hate Machine has it's moments, nothing beats a network-style shame fest.
