Texas closed polling locations in many minority and low income areas. How is this happening in 2020 without any legal ramifications? Who would even get in trouble?

The Supreme Court says it is okay. This is why 2016 was such an important election, it decided the make up of the Supreme Court for a generation. If republicans win in 2020 they will win the court for 50+ years, which should be scary as hell for any democrat based on the decisions they have been making in the shadows for the past three years, decimating unions, Obamacare, voters rights and everything else democrats hold dear. Unfortunately democrats might need to hold their noses and vote for the nominee even if they don't like him, hopefully they do better than they did in 2016, 2004 and 2000, because losing in 2020 will be as big of a disaster for the country as 2004 was.

The polls are generally in a court house or government building, which are generally in the middle of town, though they can be other places. Minorities can drive or take the bus to any poll in their district, I'm not sure why polls are required to be in low income areas. My suspicion is that those polling places aren't up with regulatory requirements and are being closed due to not adhering to the rules, if some are being shut down that is.

Whatever position the governor of Georgia used to hold. He was equally slimey in screwing with the system to win.

I live in Texas, the narrative is that Texas is filled with cowboys but we actually have one of the highest number of immigrants in the world. This is a red state that's slowly turning blue each year. So they want to make sure the immigrants can't vote so they keep him in office.

There were five locations closed in extremely rural areas, three out of the five being in counties with less than 4-digit populations and the remaining two not being much larger. That's not what the headlines would have you believe, though, because that's not actually very damning at all. This is why it's important to read, folks.
