How do you cope with the realization that you are, in fact, ugly?
Look, i've had those thoughts plenty of times when looking in the mirror after a long day. Honestly, the whole "being ugly" thing is usually just in our own heads or based on some messed up standard social media pushes. Most people are busy worrying about their own flaws to even notice yours, let alone judge them. You're probably being way harder on yourself than anyone else ever would.
Focusing on things that actually make you feel good is way better than obsessing over a reflection. Whether it's picking up a hobby, getting out of the house, or just hanging with friends who make you laugh, that stuff builds confidence way faster than trying to "fix" your face. Once you start actually living your life instead of analyzing your features, you'll realize nobody cares about the stuff you're stressing over.
At the end of the day, charisma and how you treat people go a hell of a lot further than looks ever will. People are gonna remember how you made them feel, not the shape of your nose or whatever else you're down on. Stop looking for validation in the mirror and start finding it in what you do and who you are. It takes time, but it gets easier.
