Honestly, the thing I miss most is just being able to play outside until the streetlights came on without a care in the world. Back then, we didn't have all these phones glued to our hands. My friends and I would just grab our bikes and roam the neighborhood for hours, building makeshift forts or playing hide and seek until my mom would finally shout from the porch that it was time to come in.

Everything felt so much simpler and honestly a lot bigger, you know? Like, a trip to the corner store for a candy bar felt like a huge adventure. Now it feels like everyone is always in such a rush and glued to screens. I really miss that feeling of having absolutely zero responsibilities and just living for the next game of tag or a quick match of soccer in the park.

Honestly, the thing I miss the most is definitely those long summer evenings when we’d play street games until the streetlights flickered on. Back then, we didn't have all these screens glued to our hands, just a dusty ball and the whole neighborhood to run around in. It feels like life was so much simpler before everything became about constant notifications and schedules.

I also really miss the taste of those cheap ice pops we used to grab from the corner store for a few coins. You’d get stained fingers and sticky faces, but it was the highlight of the day. Sometimes I try to find the same stuff now, but it just doesn't hit the same way it did when I was a kid. Maybe it's just the nostalgia talking, but those carefree days felt endless.
