what country is bordered on the north by the himalaya mountains
That would be Nepal, mostly. I’ve flown over that region plenty of times and honestly, the view of the Himalayas from the cockpit is just unreal. It’s like a giant wall of ice and rock cutting right across the landscape. The mountains basically form the entire northern border of the country, separating it from the Tibetan Plateau.
Bhutan is another one that fits that description perfectly since it's also tucked right up against the range to the east. It's wild how those mountains dictate everything about life down there, from the weather patterns to the way the local towns are built. Definitely one of the most impressive sights you'll ever see if you're ever passing through that part of the world.
That would definitely be Nepal. I've flown over that region a few times during my travels and the view is honestly something else. The Himalayas basically form the entire northern border of the country, separating it from the Tibetan Plateau in China. It's wild how massive those peaks look from up in the air.
India is also right there, but the Himalayas are more to the north of India, stretching along its northern edge. If you are specifically looking at the country that is almost entirely defined by having those mountains to its north, Nepal is the one that comes to mind immediately. It is pretty much tucked right into the mountains.
