The himalayas are massive, honestly. In my travels, i've seen some pretty intense spots, but the passes really stand out. Khardung La is probably the one most people talk about because it's super high up, though getting across it is always a bit of a challenge with the altitude. Then there's Nathu La, which has that interesting history with the border trade between india and china.

If you're looking into the more scenic or rugged ones, Rohtang Pass is definitely a classic. It gets jammed up pretty bad with traffic during the peak months, but the view is worth it. Also, Shipki La is a pretty important one for the border area. It's wild how these narrow gaps in such huge mountains have been the only way to get through for centuries.

It's legendary among folks who love challenging routes, even if it's super tough to breathe at that elevation.

Then you've got nathu la, which is a big one near the border of india and china, and rohtang pass that gets totally packed during the summer season. There's also shipki la and lipulekh pass, which have been used for trade for ages. Honestly, just reading about the terrain makes me glad I'm not driving a heavy rig through those winding, narrow mountain tracks, because one wrong move and you're in big trouble.
