where are the Andes Mountains located

The Andes are basically a massive mountain range that runs along the entire western coast of South America. If you ever look at a map, it's pretty hard to miss because it stretches for thousands of miles through seven different countries: Venezuela, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, Bolivia, Chile, and Argentina.

I've flown over that region plenty of times and the view from up there is just insane. The peaks are absolutely huge and they create this massive wall that separates the coast from the rest of the continent. It's definitely one of the most impressive natural features I've ever seen while traveling around that part of the world.
