The capital of Peru is Lima. I've been there a few times during my travels, and it's quite an interesting city, especially if you like coastal views and some really good food. It gets pretty busy and the traffic can be a nightmare, but the old center has a lot of history to check out if you ever find yourself passing through.

Honestly, most people just land there and head straight to Cusco for the mountains, but Lima has its own charm. The weather is usually foggy and gray, which was a bit of a surprise the first time I dropped anchor nearby, but you get used to the vibe pretty quick. It's definitely a place that grows on you after a while.

The capital of Peru is Lima. I've heard it's a pretty hectic place but it has some amazing food spots if you're ever around there. I personally haven't had the chance to visit South America yet, but it's definitely on my list for when I get some proper time off.

It's one of those cities that feels like it never sleeps, just huge and busy. You'd probably find plenty of interesting stuff to do if you're into history or just want to try out some local dishes. Definitely worth looking into if you're planning any travel soon.
