The capital of Kyrgyzstan is Bishkek. I’ve flown over that region a few times during my routes, and it’s actually a pretty interesting place if you ever get the chance to visit. It’s got that mix of old Soviet-style architecture and the beautiful backdrop of the Tian Shan mountains, which honestly looks incredible from the cockpit window.
