What character have you always had a soft spot for?

Helga Pataki. What a miserable child. Despite living in an affluent home with wealthy parents, her intellectual gifts are completely overshadowed by her utterly perfect, successful older sister, and ignored by her alcoholic mom, and narcissistic, arrogant, boorish father. The one person she loves, she torments because she knows no other way to communicate feelings to him, and possibly because her aggressive attitude has become expected by other students, who would be floored if she showed any kindness or emotion to anybody.

I'm enthralled by characters that I should rightfully hate but somehow adore: Archer. Jaime Lannister. Jayne from Firefly. Jason and Tara (HBO/not book) from True Blood. Amy and Dan in Veep. Now this is going to bug me as I try to remember the other likable jerks.

Yennefer, loved her in the books and it was great to see her in the games. Her character is incredibly well made and interesting so hats off to Sapkowski. It's also a very attractive personality to me which in combination with a love of Cait (and other similar characters and people) leads me to assume I like strong verging on toxic women.
