House was robbed during daytime while I was attending a birthday party. Is it wrong to suspect the tenants that just moved downstairs?

I also raised the possibility of them being young adults or teenagers since they left with only electronics and jewels. They didn't touch the money even though they saw it after they flipped the house down (In a hurry probably) How the fuck did you come to this conclusion? You think that young people don't understand that money is worth money?

It's just a guess, but I'm probably going to say that it isn't them. That's a very strange thing to do. Moving in and stealing right away. Like someone else said, somebody probably spotted them moving in, and thought that they should take advantage.

I had my door kicked in a few years ago and the upstairs neighbors claimed to have heard everything yet dismissed it as "the people downstairs fighting" which never happened before. I suspected them, but there was nothing I could have done short of breaking into their apartment looking for my stuff... "

In the US, we call this burglary. Anyway, the likelihood of a burglary goes up anytime people move. I think the reason is that strangers (perhaps potential burglars) can see what is going into the dwelling. Sucks that they hit the wrong joint, but they probably had no way of knowing.

I would talked to the downstairs neighbors, but don't suspect them. Somehow convince them that you have trackers in the laptops, and the ipod and the police are looking into it. Also, try and mention the police have past it down to the detectives. Also, did you tell anybody that you were going their on facebook, or anything related?
