The first thing that immediately comes to mind is the quality of clothing in general over the years. Lots of clothes made back in the 80s and 90s and even 70s have held up until now, but most modern clothes other than jeans and some shoes don't last longer than a few years because they're a lot more cheaply made, but are more expensive. I cleaned out my entire wardrobe this spring and I found myself having to donate a lot more of my clothes that I bought new than the ones I've thrifted. Ive had $15 t shirts just disintegrate after two years, but the vintage Pink Floyd shirt I thrifted when I was 11 looks the same as when I bought it.

Victoria's Secret basic panties. They're still the only store I buy my underwear from since I have a wider butt and hips and the designs are really cute, but the fabric has gotten thinner over the years and even the full briefs don't cover as much as they used to.
