most of the stuff that works costs more for the added MPG than just burning more gas would cost. But basically anything that adds energy to the burning, either by being a higher energy compound or by adding oxidation potential, will work. For instance nitropropane works well. Also, most of these things make your engine burn hotter.

I suggest just sticking with regular fuel/gasoline. You don't want to destroy your engine trying stuff

The car companies design the fuel injection system to get worse milage if you try to get better milage. It is designed to run liquid fuel. For exsmple if you try to add hydrogen it will see it as more air and it will dump more fuel making milage worse. I could go on and on and on. Try me. Check out rexresearch.com

Do NOT use sugar - it will Not improve mileage and can cause plugged fuel filters or the need to drain and clean your fuel tank. Sugar does NOT dissolve in gasoline.

Sugar works well.

Sugarcane is good for it. Not sure on how you'd properly mix it together and make is safe for the engines but Brazil are big in this. Something like 80% of their fuel is mixed with it and is way better for the environment too

How it works is this. If you are smart enough to modify a cars fuel & computer systems enough to get better fuel economy, then you are smart enough, to make enough money, to afford fuel.
